Your Consultant will meet with you to agree the brief and draw up a target list of organisations. Our researchers, chosen for their particular expertise in your industry sector, will then commence the process of identifying prospects for approach.

Once this target list has been approved by you, your Consultant will then begin the process of approaching and interviewing these individuals on your behalf, culminating in a final shortlist of candidates for you to meet.

Your Consultant will then manage the delicate negotiation stage, facilitating a beneficial conclusion for both parties.
