Database search

Once a brief has been agreed with you, your Consultant will commence a database search on a ‘no placement, no fee’ basis. This is often all that is required to produce an excellent selection of suitably qualified and experienced candidates, whom your Consultant will then commence screening against your specific criteria.

In addition, and in order to widen the pool of prospective candidates, we will advertise your role discreetly on a number of popular internet job boards, at no cost to you.

Having screened and ascertained the suitability of interested candidates, we will then submit CVs to you, either as a final shortlist, or, if preferred, as applications are approved. Our aim is to provide you with a list of two to four highly-suitable, fully-briefed prospects, from which you will be comfortable making your final selection.
